Анотація

Наведено огляд сучасних лабораторних та інструментальних методів діагностики у пацієнтів з хворобою Крона, їх раціонального комбінованого застосування. Розглянуто консервативне та хірургічне лікування. Особливу увагу приділено малоінвазивним ендоскопічним методам лікування ускладнень хвороби Крона.
