Сучасний підхід до післяопераційного знеболювання в акушерстві та гінекології

Проблема післяопераційного болю актуальна в сучасній медицині, зокрема в акушерстві та гінекології. Найоптимальніший метод адекватного післяопераційного знеболювання — мультимодальна анальгезія. Висвітлено особливості мультимодальної анальгезії із застосуванням поперечного блоку живота в поєднанні з нестероїдними протизапальними засобами у пацієнток акушерського та гінекологічного профілю. Визначено переваги та недоліки цієї методики. Описано власний досвід її застосування.
